Elovate Development Update – April 2024

Our development teams have been busy over the past few months receiving feedback from our clients and internal operations to ensure that our systems continue to evolve after last year’s releases. The following is a summary of what has been happening, and what to expect in the coming months….

Team news

We are excited to announce that Mat Harris, who heads up our Payment and Digital teams, will now also be responsible for development across Elovate. Mat is joining the development teams across York and Kent to ensure we have one team sharing best practices and know-how and maximising the diverse product stacks we have. Mat, says:

”To bring the expertise from different parts of Elovate together is truly exciting. We have front-end development, payment, integration and back-office developers all working as one. Even in the short time this has been operational, it’s already showing incredible results”

Home 3PL

Our newest platform, Home 3PL, was released last year and utilises the API calls from our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to give our clients a simple and user-friendly interface to view and manage their orders.

New features added to Home 3PL, include

  • Goods-In PO order
  • Import file validation rules
  • Stock reporting, including downloadable reports
  • UX improvements

Our agile approach has already seen several new customer features added, and there’s a lot more to come over the next few months.

Following the migration of all clients last year to MiWorld, and after another Peak trading now under our belt, we have a clear roadmap in place to continue to make enhancements when it comes to our Response Handling management. For the most part, much of this development will be taking place behind the scenes and will focus on improving process and data output to positively impact the speed and quality of all responses.

If you are not yet utilising our image lookup or data insights, please get in touch – we would love to demo the benefits of these tools to you.

Hub (Digital & Payments)

After the migration to MS Azure last year, we are working on multiple innovations with our online donation platform to further enhance the customisation, payment options and supporter communication tools, as well as introducing more intelligent giving options. Watch this space!

Every quarter, we will continue to update you with the latest in our product enhancement and innovations. If you have any items you would like us to consider for our development roadmap, across any of our range of products, please drop Eloise an email at and we will ensure that these are included in our next review.
